Hi there, I am trying to find my dad a rare tool for Christmas.

I think it is called a nut driver or socket to remove this tamper proof nut. Thread size of nut is 8-32. It is on the back of an old amp meter for a Model A or on early coil of a Model A 1928. There is a specific tool that works to remove the nut. My dad believes Snap On makes a tool. Is there any expert I can ask?
